Fairholme Investments LLC is a real estate investment company.  We help homeowners with problem properties.  We buy and rehabilitate properties that are otherwise not able to be sold and financed through regular channels.   In a nutshell we buy properties in any condition and in any situation.  Often home owners find themselves in a difficult situation where they need to dispose of a property quickly and for cash, this is where we can help.  We have helped many homeowners through difficult situations to the benefit of both parties.  Obviously, we are not able to buy every home, but we are often able to provide helpful advice. There is never any charge for these consultations.

 

Selling the property can be both time-consuming and expensive. We take all of the hassle out of selling your home.  We manage the entire process from start to finish. There are no fees of any kind to the homeowner.

Our process:

1. We have you fill out our online form and once we have that, we do an online evaluation of your property.
2. We have a frank discussion of your situation and your needs and if it looks like there is a fit then we proceed to the next step
3. We do an inspection of the property and calculate the repair costs.
4. Once we’ve done our inspection we tell you what we can pay for the house is agreeable then will proceed with an earnest money agreement.
5. Once earnest money agreement is signed then will have the home inspected by a licensed home inspector to be sure we haven’t missed anything in our initial evaluation.

6. If the inspection is satisfactory we will move to closing.

7.  You sign the closing papers either at the title company or with a notary public.  Once the documents are recorded. You’ll receive a check or funds will be deposited in the bank of your choice by the title company.
